Customer Success Change Manager
- Study change management needs of customers and prepare proposals for customers.
- Conduct Webinar or On-Site Training of our cloud products with our customers.
- Maintain and further develop proprietary curriculum and training materials.
- Work with clients to develop and deploy internal change communications.
- Work with clients to develop internal resources for enacting change.
- Address clients’ employees resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.
- Ability to speak, write and present well in English is necessary.
- Should possess own transport for occasional trips to Singapore.
