Job Scope:

  • Study change management needs of customers and prepare proposals for customers.
  • Conduct Webinar or On-Site Training of our cloud products with our customers.
  • Maintain and further develop proprietary curriculum and training materials.
  • Work with clients to develop and deploy internal change communications.
  • Work with clients to develop internal resources for enacting change.
  • Address clients’ employees resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies.

Requirements:

  • Ability to write and speak well in English.
