Google Forms and calendars allow us to coordinate events and manage guest lists on the fly.
We rely on Google Docs for project planning and for collaborating on documents.
Our documents are stored in the cloud and accessible from anywhere with any device.

We find ourselves travelling a lot more as our business grows regionally. Our customer service took the first hit as we were not able to access emails outside the office. Being in the retail industry, that is unacceptable.

Benefits

Gmail mobile integrated with any 3G smartphone. This makes a lot more sense as we are on our smartphones most of the time.

Google Apps really simplifies our IT system and it has all the tools we need to run our business – email, contact manager, spreadsheet and my favorite is calendar, which is managed by my personal assistant.

It’s so easy to integrate a new partner or franchisee into our business. It seems everybody is already familiar with Gmail. This is an added bonus we’d never expected before.
