  • Support our cloud products at a L1/L2 level
  • Help customers resolve issues according to SLA
  • Escalate difficult issues accordingly while maintaining customer contact


  •  Prior experience in L1/L2 support
  • Responsive on email
  • Ability to guide users via remote desktop software
  • Understand Linux
  • Understand Domain Hosting Troubleshooting
  • Understand Cisco Networking
  • Understand Windows Server 2008, 2010, 2012 Troubleshooting
  • ● Understand Email Server
  • ● Willing to learn
  • ● Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written in English
