Job Scope:

  • Oversee general administrative matters in our Jakarta office
  • Assist with recruitment and basic HR matters
  • Ensure timely attendance of staff
  • Take care of staff welfare matters
  • Deal with vendors and suppliers
  • Take care of accommodation/travel needs of international staff

Requirements:

  • Solid experience with Microsoft Office/Excel
  • Accounting Knowledge is a plus
  • Good written English ability
  • HR/Recruitment knowledge
  • Firm and fair personality
