Gemini for Google Workspace Programme (SMEs) is a 12-month subscription programme designed to empower Singapore’s SMEs in accelerating the adoption of Gemini, an AI-powered assistant for Google Workspace.
PointStar has partnered with Google Cloud, leveraging their cutting-edge technology like Gemini in this programme.
Registered SMEs in Singapore will receive up to 30% subsidies upon upgrading from Google Workspace Business Starter to Business Standard edition.
Programme Sign-Up Period is limited to 6 months only, starting from 31 March 2025! Sign Up before the programme is closed.

The programme will be implemented through a 4-Phase approach to ensure the success of Gemini for Google Workspace adoption.
The programme will take 8 – 10 weeks to complete.
WEEK 1 - 3
PHASE 1
Discovery Session
This session is an introductory and discovery session to introduce Google Workspace and Gemini. Customers will learn about what is Generative AI and the concept of the technology. Features and live demos of Gemini will be conducted during the session.
WEEK 3 - 4
PHASE 2
Onboarding Session
After signing on with us, the onboarding phase will be the enrollment phase. User accounts will be created and activated. An administrator training will be conducted to help the users to better manage the Gemini and Google Workspace.
WEEK 4 - 7
PHASE 3
Adoption Session
Adoption Session will guide through the users the best practices of applying the technology at the actual working environment. Hands-on training will help users to go through the change management process and ensure successful adoption of Gemini for Google Workspace solutions.
WEEK 6 - 8
PHASE 4
Support and Feedback Session
A 30-day support will be provided to support the users in using the Gemini for Google Workspace solutions. We will conduct user surveys to assess the success of the technology adoption

The objective of the programme is to accelerate adoption of Gemini. The most significant difference in Gemini features is between Business Starter and Business Standard Edition. Business Plus and Enterprise Standard have similar Gemini features to Business Standard (apart from watermarking).

The contract period is a 12 months subscription.
